Me and my partner stayed here for two nights and i can say it was lovely! the pool and jacuzzi were at a good temperature and in good condition. the food at the restaurant was super tasty and arrived fast. the best thing about this hotel is definitely their staff! everyone from reception to the spa, housekeeping, and restaurant was cute and helpful. they made my birthday special with a 'happy birthday' message on my dessert plate. Those details really make a difference!
the room was good, but the wifi was not working well in the hotel, so it was a minor inconvenience. it did drop out all the time.

The room I stayed in at the lodge felt dated. The inside of the kettle was moldy when I went to make tea. The housekeeping swapped it out, yet rusty fittings and a stained carpet remained. It was that a general revamp is in need.

the hotel location was great, especially for accessing local shops. staff are friendly and very attentive. my room was always clean. the breakfast had several choices and tasted good.
the coffee machine in the room was difficult to operate, it needs a manual.
